Joyce has been working at the Ark since October 1998 where she started as one of our full time receptionists.

In 2005 Joyce went part time due to family commitments.

Joyce helps maintain the reception, ensuring it is clean, tidy, organised and runs as smoothly as possible.

General reception duties are Joyce’s main responsibilities she ensures queries are dealt with and appointments are booked as soon as possible.

People skills are were Joyce excels, she makes clients and their pets feel welcome and will always ensure their visit is efficient and fulfilled.
